Rachelle, Owner/Stylist
Hi. My name is Rachelle Yarnell, owner of The Studio Salon Group. I am a small town girl with big city dreams and you’ll see these facets of me in the locations of my studios; two in the heart of Cleveland (Downtown and Ohio City), and one in the country (Garrettsville.) I’ve been in the salon business since 2006 as an educator, stylist, and owner. I love my work and hopefully this is reflected in the experience you’ll have at any of The Studio locations.
I am equally passionate about both aspects of my career as Owner/Stylist. As a female business owner, I love the entrepreneurial adventure, honing my leadership skills, curating our guests' experience, and connecting with the larger community. As a stylist, I thrive on the creativity and relationships I have with each guest that walks through the salon doors. I am energized and inspired daily by both hats I wear!
Early in my career I was an Educator for Paul Mitchell Salons and this foundation of learning remains embedded in The Salon’s culture. We keep up with trends, understand our products, and embrace important movements in the industry such as sustainability. Learning goes hand in hand with listening, both to our guests and the world around us. We take it all in to create a welcoming, uplifting experience for our guests.

Emily Hartman
STYLIST
Emily discovered her passion for hair in an unexpected way. At 20 years old, she bought her first pair of clippers and shears to give a friend a last-minute mohawk before a concert. What started as a favor quickly turned into a calling, as more friends trusted her with their hair and she realized that creating great cuts was what she loved most.
With more than 15 years of experience working between Cleveland and California, Emily believes that a great haircut is the foundation of every style. She specializes in precision cutting and enjoys helping guests find looks that fit their personality, lifestyle, and confidence.
Emily joined The Studio Salon Group in 2024 and has become a valued mentor for new team members, sharing her experience and passion for the craft. She is the go-to stylist on Sundays, welcoming many families and weekend guests who appreciate her relaxed, approachable style.
Now a proud first-time homeowner in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood, Emily is excited to put down roots in the city she proudly calls home. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with every guest who sits in her chair while helping grow the next generation of Studio Salon professionals.

Stacy Benich
STYLIST
Stacy is a hairstylist with more than 10 years of experience behind the chair, specializing in creating personalized looks that fit each guest's lifestyle and personality. As a busy mom of four, she understands the importance of finding styles that are beautiful, manageable, and work with everyday life.
Working part-time allows Stacy to balance her family while continuing to do what she loves most—helping guests look and feel their best. Every appointment is approached with care, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail, ensuring each guest receives her full focus and expertise.
Stacy is passionate about building lasting relationships and creating a welcoming experience where every guest leaves feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.

Geoffrey Persson
STYLIST
Geoffrey has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1992, building a distinguished career rooted in precision haircutting, men's grooming, and professional education. He began his career with Dino Palmieri Salons, where he developed the technical expertise and guest experience that continue to define his work today.
From 1996 to 2006, Geoffrey served as an Educator for American Crew, teaching men's haircutting in salons across the country and on stage at major industry trade shows. In 2002 and 2003, he was selected as an instructor for the American Crew Menswork Academy in San Diego, leading intensive four-day, hands-on educational workshops for professional stylists.
After owning and operating Architexture Salon from 2016 through 2024, Geoffrey returned to The Studio Salon Group in 2024, where he has found a home combining his passion for exceptional guest service with developing the next generation of stylists. His focus remains on men's grooming, precision haircutting, and leading internal education that strengthens the entire team.
Today, Geoffrey is recognized as a respected leader within the salon, dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences, mentoring fellow professionals, and helping elevate the standard of excellence across The Studio Salon Group.

Scarlett Tweed
ASSISTANT
Scarlett is a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist with a passion for helping every guest look and feel their best. As a proud four-year U.S. Army veteran, she brings dedication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to every appointment.
Specializing in mini facials, facial waxing, and blowouts, Scarlett enjoys creating a relaxing experience while helping guests maintain healthy skin and polished, confidence-boosting styles. Although she is newly graduated from cosmetology school, her enthusiasm for learning and commitment to delivering outstanding service shine through in every visit.
Originally new to the Cleveland area just a few years ago, Scarlett now proudly calls Northeast Ohio home. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her guests and providing personalized care that leaves everyone feeling refreshed, confident, and welcome.

Shannon Corgan
Shannon is an Aveda-trained and Paul Mitchell Certified stylist who has been creating beautiful, healthy hair since 2018. She specializes in curly hair, extensions, beard care, and restorative treatments, welcoming men, women, and guests of all curl types into a space where they feel seen, understood, and celebrated.
Passionate about healthy hair, Shannon offers customized treatments and deep conditioning services designed to strengthen, repair, and restore both curls and beards. Whether you're looking for a fresh new look, healthier hair, or expert guidance on caring for your natural texture, she is committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Shannon's mission is simple: to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident, cared for, and absolutely beautiful.
